- Painting/Maintenance Technician
The Painting/Maintenance Technician should have experience in multi-family and/or commercial work, painting vacant units and should be able to work with sprayers and rollers. Occasional general maintenance work is expected, but general maintenance knowledge is not required but painting experience is. A company vehicle and some tools are provided so a valid driver’s license is also required. We perform background checks. Salary and benefits based on experience.
