Welcome to AMJ!

Gainesville. America's #1 city! Titletown!

Home to over 110,000 residents, including the University of Florida Gators and the Santa Fe Community College Saints. To innovators, entrepreneurs and professionals. To a stable and productive manufacturing, service, and agricultural workforce. And that number doubles when everyone else who lives in surrounding Alachua County is counted!

AMJ. Gainesville's premier commercial and residential property manager, and real estate developer, in America's #1 city!

A storied tale as interesting as any business history told. Starting in 1977 with a single house renovation to hundreds of apartments, condominium, restaurants, retail stores, and offices under management.

Like Gainesville and the U.F. Gators football and basketball teams, AMJ is a title winner. (Scroll on and find out why!)

A little about our Company

As we said, AMJ started over 30 years ago from one house renovation. And then we grew. Developing and buying apartment and condominium communities, shopping centers, and office buildings. And then we grew some more, until we are the AMJ you see today. In Gainesville think of the Plaza Royale lifestyle center. (Where you can shop, work, and live, all in one convenient location to everything!) The downtown Commerce Building, with its luxury residential partner Regents Park Condominium. (Where you can live less than one football field away from where you work!) The urban renaissance OakGate Condominium. Tower Medical Center. The now underway Madison Park office building... and the exciting Shoppes at Pinewood. And even more. (Surf our Residential and Commercial links. You'll see.) That's AMJ today!

By the way... we've won a number of local, state, and national awards.
