CH2M Hill Makes a Move to 2610 Executive Centre
CH2M Hill, a global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations, and program management, has secured temporary office space in the 2610 Executive Centre office building located at 2610 NW 43rd Street in Gainesville, Florida, just south of the Madison Park Office Condominium building and just north of the Le Pavillon shopping center.
Beau Beery’s Comments: CH2M Hill’s main location in Gainesville is along Williston Road and is currently undergoing renovations to reduce their space; so they came to me with their requirements. They needed temporary office space, centrally located in Gainesville, for a small staff. I found the perfect space for them in the Executive Centre, and they signed a lease for 1,344 square feet in mid 2010. Every person I have worked with from the company, both locally and corporately, is a real class act. Naturally, each of them were very smart, detailed, and new exactly what they wanted. It is no wonder CH2M Hill has become a global leader in their industry.
