National Guard Moves to Plaza Royale

The Department of Military Affairs has secured retail office space in the Plaza Royale lifestyle center located at 3832 Newberry Road in Gainesville, Florida, adjacent to the 16 screen Royal Park Theaters. The National Guard enables its troops to respond to domestic emergencies, combat missions, counter drug efforts, reconstruction missions and more—all with equal speed, strength and efficiency. The National Guard was previously located in Butler Plaza along Archer Road in Gainesville. The 1,828 square foot lease was procured by Beau Beery of AMJ Inc. of Gainesville in late 2010.

Beau Beery Comments: Though this lease wasn’t large in size or economics, it was one of the more rewarding leases to be a part of as the National Guard does so much to keep Americans safe here in the U.S. The local staff are true professionals with great personalities and easy going attitudes. One of my favorite things about the National Guard is their motto, “Whatever is needed, wherever it is needed.” If everyone in every profession could apply this same bit of advice, U.S. production would sky rocket and a recession would be a thing of the past in a heartbeat.
