Sara parrish

Sara Parrish has been a trusted and integral member of the AMJ Group team since March 2019, bringing more than 23 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, marketing, and residential property management. Throughout her career, Sara has developed a hands-on approach to residential management, with a strong focus on building positive resident relationships, leading and developing her team, maintaining well-managed communities, and addressing the everyday challenges of property management with effective, thoughtful approaches.

Sara’s experience has given her a robust, well-rounded understanding of the many moving parts involved in successful residential property management, from leasing and resident relations to renewals, marketing, operations, and team development. She takes pride in being approachable, dependable, and responsive while providing thoughtful leadership, mentoring and training colleagues, and creating a positive experience for both residents and the owners she serves.

In 2022, Sara was honored by the North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA) as Assistant Property Manager of the Year. She was also part of the leadership team managing North Pointe Villas alongside Debbie Truesdale and James Doyle when the community received the NCFAA Renovated Community of the Year award in 2021. Sara is grateful for these recognitions and, most importantly, for the opportunity to learn from and work alongside the many people who have contributed to her growth throughout her career.



Outside of work, Sara’s greatest joy is her family.
