Terms and Rent Details:

Application Fee: $40 per adult (18+)

Security Deposit: $700

Pet Policy (2 pet limit, non-aggressive breeds only):

Pets under 1 year old: $250 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable fee (total $400)

Pets 1 year or older: $150 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable fee (total $300)

Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
(All pets must complete pet screening.)

Qualifications for Residency:
Applicants must have a combined household income of at least three times the monthly rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and pass a background check. Prior evictions or landlord claims may result in disqualification.
