To qualify, applicants must:
• Have a household income of at least 3x the monthly rent
• Have a credit score of 600 or higher
• Pass a background screening
• Have no qualifying prior evictions or landlord claims

Pet Information
Pets are welcome!

Pet Fees:
• Pets under 1 year old: $250 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable pet fee
• Pets 1 year or older: $150 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable pet fee
• $25 monthly pet rent
• PetScreening application required
