I rented from AMJ for 2 years and in that two years they were great. If I had any issues their response time was very quick. I had AC/Heater issues my first year in the apartment and each time they were quick to be out. After so many attempts to fix it they simply replaced it. I loved the online portal and how easy it made paying my rent. I hate talking on the phone, so I liked being able to put in requests through the portal, email, or text. Even after I ended my lease and was in the process of moving out, they were excellent and went above and beyond to help me and I received my full security deposit back in a timely manner with no issues.

My wife, Teresa, and I have been with AMJ since 2003. We have NO complaints!! Maintenance is #1! You call them and they come right away, and resolve your problem the same day. I have lived at two of AMJ’s properties for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that I have had no problems from them. They were quick to respond to any problems I have had. They always keep Oakgate and Plaza Royale up to date. I would always get an email or a letter letting me know when one of their maintenance team will be entering the premises. Sue Runyon (the receptionist) was always a delight to talk to when I came in to pay my rent. Mrs. Debbie (Residential Property Manager) was there to help with anything I need. I wanted to take a minute of your time to give my sincere gratitude to you and everyone else who has made my move in process extremely easy. I have lived on campus for the past four years in Gainesville because I wanted to avoid all the troubles of landlords and bad management companies. But since my first tour with AMJ, I have been impressed with the high level of customer service and concern you have shown me. On the first day of move in, after Eugene showed up within 20 minutes of me calling you (and staying for two hours for various repairs…he is awesome!), I thought it might be because I’m a new resident. But since then, you and your staff have continuously blown me away with the quick response time and genuine concern for my happiness in my new apartment. I am confident that over the next year, I will be contacting you for repairs less and less often, but the response time (and not thinking I’m crazy for the smallest repair) will continue to stay the same.
